Ingredients:
1/4 cup fresh mint sprigs
1/4 tsp matcha powder (adjust to your taste)
1 tbsp caster/superfine sugar/Monkfuit Sweetner/Agave or to taste
1/2 medium lime, cut into 3 wedges
1/2 cup Ice cubes as needed
200ml Soda Water
Lime wedges, to decorate
Method:
1. Place mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into a sturdy glass. Use a muddler and crush to release mint oils and lime juice.
2. Add remaining lime wedges and 1 tablespoons sugar, and muddle again to release the lime juice. Do not strain the mixture.
3. Fill the glass with ice. Pour 1/2 soda water in the glass.
4. Shift the Matcha power. Pour and fill rest of the soda water in the glass.
5. Stir, taste, and add more sugar if desired.

Ingredients:
1 oz Vodka
1/4 tsp matcha powder (adjust to your taste)
1/4 cup fresh mint sprigs
1 tbsp syrup or to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
200ml Sparkling Water
1/2 cup Ice cubes as needed
2/3 cup lime wedges, to decorate
Method:
In shaker, muddle 4-5 mint leaves.
Add Vodka, matcha, lemon juice and simple syrup.
Shake until thoroughly mixed.
Add ice and shake again until cold.
Pour into lowball glass, top with sparkling water and garnish with remaining mint and lemon.

Ingredients:
1 frozen banna
1/4 tsp matcha powder (adjust to your taste)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup milk, coconut, soy, almond or oat mylk
1 tbsp honey Agave or to taste
Method:
Slice the banana place into a blender and add the remaining ingredients.
Blend until smooth and frothy.
Taste, adding a dash more lemon juice for a tangier and refreshing flavour.
Pour into a glass and serve.

1/4 tsp matcha powder (adjust to your taste)
1 tablespoons unsweetened dark cocoa powder
1 tbsp ground Flax Seed
1 cup milk, coconut, soy, almond or oat mylk
1 tbsp honey Agave or to taste
Method:
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
If using fresh fruit instead of frozen, add a handful of ice.
Pour into a glass and serve.

1 tablespoons unsweetened dark cocoa powder
1 1/2 Collagen Powder, Protein Powder (optional)
1 tbsp caster/superfine sugar/Monkfuit Sweetner/Agave or to taste
Method:
1. In a small saucepan, heat your milk/mylk until it just starts to simmer.
2. Remove from burner and whisk in your matcha and dark cacao powder until completely dissolved into the milk.
3. Whisk in your collagen and sweetener (if using).
4. Whisk vigorously to create some froth, or you can use a hand frother.
Pour into your favorite mug.
